This place was centrally located with a lovely garden and a view of the lake. 🌿 We stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed our time here. It was an excellent stay overall.

The breakfast at Hotel Suisse offers a variety of appetising options like eggs, toast, muffins, yoghurt, and fruit. the location of the hotel is fabulous and brilliant, just a short 4-6 minutes' walk from Malwathu Maha Viharaya Monastery. - the rooms are impressive, and the breakfast is very good and adequate.

The venue exceeded all expectations. Grand old and absolutely stunning hotel with caring staff from the doorman to the concierge to housekeeping and the restaurant fellows, everything felt modern. the room was well-equipped and extremely pleasant with a safety box provided.

My room was great - it had a balcony, a terrace, and a safe 🌿. the location was spot on, right in the center, close to all the fun spots and just a stone’s throw from the airport.

The location was good, central, but still slightly removed from the main hustle and bustle of Kandy.
Definitely past it's prime and could do with a bit of tlc, faded glory are the words that spring to mind!

This place has a fantastic bar, the rooms are clean with amazing views, including a balcony, and it is located in a wonderful area.

Great free breakfast.
There was no matress pad between the sheets and the matress making sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating in my disappointment in the hotel. They changed my room twice to help me find a place that I felt was worth the cost. I could have spent half of the money to get the same standard.
On top of the quality of the hotel, the late hours of the dining room (not open until 7.30 pm) were inconvenient.
